Asphalt cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- ¾ / 85g Cup Dutch process cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- 2½ sticks (1¼ cups) (unsalted) butter
- 2 Cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add eggs and vanilla
Mixer on slow, mix in the dry ingedients.
10-12 minutes at 350°
