I have to check the amount of chicken broth, peper flour, and onion
Ingredients
- 2 Whole chicken breasts 14 oz+/- each.
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- flour
- 2 apples (I like granny smith)
- 2 Tbs butter
- 1 Tbs Vegitable oil
- 1 onion, minced (1/3 cup)
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 Cup Light cream
- 2 Tbs. Brandy
Pound the chicken between wax paper, and coat with flour.
Core and peel the apples, cut into roughly 1/8" slices, and sauté them in butter, then remove them.
Heat oil, add meat and saute both sides. Remove meat. Add onion,
drain fat.
Add broth and cook until 1/2 gone. Add the cream and brandy
and cook until thickend a bit. Then pour the mixture over the
meat and apples.
