I've also been unhappy with my KREME experience. Despite meticulous preparation, the goop lasted only a few months. When I finally managed to get it all out, I used a two part epoxy coating kit from www.caswellplating.com that worked very well - so far. It was called "gas tank sealer" and is locating under finishing supplies. If you are into bike restoration at all, their site deserves a good look-see, they make some cool plating kits. If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times. That is great stuff - for maybe the inside of a five gallon bucket! - but I'll NEVER use it on a fuel tank for a motorcycle. It'll last for a few years (at most) then turn to minute bits and pieces and clog your fuel lines, carbs, jets and every other small hole in your fuel system and drive you batty, nuts, braindead for months until you get every spec of it out of your system and tank (and THAT's a job!) to make your bike run right again - if it ever runs right again. Oldrice says STAY AWAY from that stuff. Trust me. Try www.rusteco.com for the bar-none best results on a fuel tank back-to-life maneuver if you're going to do it right. I've done a lot of tanks. Seen a lot of tanks done by others too. Kreem sux. Oldrice-
