I use that stakc with Golden Spectro 125/150 cartridge fork oil. The racers I used this stack with liked this stack better than the standard Race Tech stacks.

If you are looking for something to try I would contact Max and get some of his preload rings to try.

I wanted something that worked and the Race Tech shim stacks didn't.

I wanted something with less low speed than the Race Tech stacks.

When you say less high speed damping, less compared to what?

For the rebound I was using the following:
