Ingredients


Pound the chicken between wax paper, and coat with flour.

Saute the apples in butter, and remove them.

Heat oil, add meat and saute both sides. Remove meat. Add onion, drain fat.

Add broth and cook until 1/2 gone. Add the cream and brandy and cook until thickend a bit. Then pour the mixture over the meat and apples.
